Of course I'm starting off with Vegas, one of the most popular wedding spots on Valentine's Day.  Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel has several Valentine's specials from February 9 through the 15th, including:

This wedding company offers 2 Valentine's Day wedding specials on Valentine's Day, with both packages including the minister, decorations and seating.  The 1st special is called the "Roses are Red" package for $850.
