I discovered a really cool place for an inexpensive wedding venue near Tacoma, Washington: 

This little B&B is just 15 minutes from downtown Tacoma, where you can enjoy the beautiful Puget Sound while picnicing, riding a tandem bike, or relaxing in your own pedal boat.  They are located on the water with dock access.  In fact, they often perform wedding ceremonies on the dock. 

Day Island B&B is perfect for smaller, more intimate weddings of under 40 guests, and the price can't be beat:

• Wedding ceremony with 4-6 people in attendance:  $150.00-$200.00; 1 hr for ceremony & photos 
• Wedding Ceremony/Officiated with reception:  $950.00; 4-5 hours for reception 
• Wedding with Bed & Breakfast:  $1050; 4-5 hours for reception & over night B&B

The prices are for the location only and does not include any food or refreshments. They do offer a military discount for weddings.
