This Veterans Day weekend (Nov. 7 - 9) military brides and brides of military men will have the opportunity to receive a free wedding gown thanks to "Brides Across America," which has organized donations from bridal salons across the United States. Most othe gowns are samples and overstocks.  Each store listed below will give away a select number of gowns worth approximately $500 to $3000, in sizes ranging from 4 to 22.  These dresses will be given away on a first-come, firs-serve basis.

How Do I Qualify?

You (the bride) must be engaged, be on active duty or have a finace' on active duty, serving in either Afghanistan or Iraq.  All military brides must show military ID, copy of deployment papers or military orders or other qualifying proof.  You do not have to reside in the area.  Call ahead for an appointment at the phone number of the bridal salon.
