If you're looking for flexible wedding packages, you're going to love the Westin Maui Resort & Spa.  For wedding ceremonies and/or receptions, they have an "a la carte" wedding menu, where you can pick and choose your services (such as an Officiant for $350; The Gazebo venue for $1,800 + tax or The Aloha Pavilion for $7,500 + tax; various sizes of wedding cakes, etc.).  For wedding ceremonies only, you can also choose from among their many different ceremony packages which range in price from $3,200 to $7,500.

What's also a cool feature is the "Live Internet Weddings" packages which provide web casts of your wedding that can be viewed anywhere there is internet access.  You can now share your Maui wedding with family and friends who aren't able to attend.  Great for the eloping couple!  You can choose a basic web cam broadcast, or choose packages which provide other videography services, including professional DVDs that you can take home.  These packages begin at $695 for a basic webcast, on up to $3795, which provides you with more sophisticated videography (3 cameras at your wedding; 2 cameras at your reception), as well as having your wedding posted online for 2 weeks.
