Phoenix Bridal Shows
If you live in the Phoenix area and want some bridal and wedding tips, you're in luck. There are two bridal shows in the Phoenix area scheduled in the near future, one on October 21, 2007 and the other on January 5 and 6, 2008.
October 21st Phoenix Bridal Show:
Where: University of Phoenix Stadium, 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale

There will be over 200 wedding vendors you can visit, as well as a bridal fashion show. Tickets are $12 and can be purchased at the door.
January 5-6, 2008 Phoenix Bridal Show:
Where: Phoenix Convention Center, 3rd Street & Jefferson, Phoenix
When: January 5 and 6, 2008

They bill it as the biggest and best bridal show, with over 600 vendors to help you in planning your wedding. What's cool is you get to taste and compare wedding cakes and catering companies. And, there's a bridal gown given away every hour, as well as a drawing for a groom's ring. You also have your choice of several bridal fashion shows during the day, at 9AM, 11AM and 1PM, where you can see bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and tuxedos. You will also get to compare bands for your wedding reception if you're planning a wedding locally, with bands, string quartets, harpists and others competing for your attention. If you don't win a wedding gown, don't despair, because you can buy one at the bridal show, where, they say, you can save 20-80% off gowns in the sale area.
